MY NAME IS ELLE FOX & I AM THE OWNER OF ELLE'S DELI & BAGELS!

I grew up in Crystal Lake and have worked in the restaurant industry since my teens. I moved to Colorado in 2008 where I received my Pastry Degree in 2010 and my Culinary Arts Degree in 2013. After 11 wonderful years in beautiful Colorado; I realized my heart and my family live in Illinois and I moved back to McHenry County in May 2019.

I have worked for many Michelin Star and James Beard award winning restaurants including The Alinea Group (Chicago,IL), Frasca Food and Wine (Boulder, CO) and The Kitchen Group (Denver, CO - Owned by Kimball Musk - brother of Elon Musk).

I am so excited to be able to keep Ira’s Bagels alive. Plans for Elle’s Deli & Bagels include keeping Ira’s Famous Bagels and all of the specialties; including Manny’s Corned Beef and Pastrami, Lox and the wonderful bagel team!
